You want a practice that fits your schedule or that can be done at home
You want a practice that is tailored for your personal needs.
You want more personal attention during a class.
You’re a beginner and the thought of group classes with strangers is intimidating.
You’re interested in other aspects of yoga, such as breathwork, meditation, or mantras.
Create a mindful movement practice that you can enjoy in the comfort of your own home
Practice with your closest friends or family members
Reach your fitness goals faster
Be supported every step of the way by a compassionate teacher
Develop a long-term plan with your goals in mind
Build confidence as you gain a solid foundation on the basics of poses and terminology
