Private/semi-private yoga lessons where I come to you at your home, or office. To fully appreciate the benefits of yoga, a dedicated practice is recommended. This is why I offer 1-hour sessions in blocks of 10 consecutive weeks.

Meditation and pranayama (breathwork) have been shown to reduce stress levels, improve focus, and even reduce pain. To help establish a dedicated practice, I offer 1-hour sessions in blocks of 4 consecutive weeks.

Hi there! I’m Mel, and I’m thrilled you’re here. I have been developing my own personal yoga practice for more than 20 years.

I fell in love with the connection between breath and movement and the positive effects yoga had on both my mental and physical health. In 2024, I traveled to Dharamshala, India, to pursue my passion professionaly and deepen my knowledge of yoga. Under the guidance of Dr. Keshava and other mentors at Sarvaguna Yoga, I earned my Yoga teacher training certificate (RYT-200) while exploring Hatha, Vinyasa, Yin, Pranayama, and Mantras. "

As your private yoga instructor, I will help you figure out what you need most from the practice. Your yoga practice should support you no matter what life throws your way, and doesn’t have to be the same every time you arrive at your mat. Depending on your needs and interests, I include various aspects of yoga into custom-made sessions, including:

  • Asana: Physical poses or shapes held for various lengths of time based on the practice.
  • Pranayama: Breathwork used to calm the mind and prepare for meditation
  • Meditation: A practice to help focus the mind to achieve mental clarity, and an emotionally calm and stable state.
